Good sales team but the worst finance department ever. When i bought the car they push me to finance it thru their finance company and the rate was 6.75%. ( i have excellent credit 810) . Then they force me to buy GAP again only with their company. I was tired of car shopping so I said yes to whatever they said and bought the car. After 6-7 months I sold the car and wanted to cancel my gap. I went to their finance department and supposedly applied for cancelation. It's been 8 weeks I called the manager 6 (six) times. No response Left messages no response. I went back there to speak w the manager again. He gave me his cell so I can text and get an update... Guess what!! No response.. So literally they don't want to pay me my over 800$. Stay away people!!! More

Buying process was great, above expectations. Service? Not so much. 2nd time here this week same problem. Noticed a loud noise when braking. At first they told me the rotors sat a while. Still mak g noise, now it’s the brake pads. Got to the center at 11:30am, wasn’t told anything until 12:45pm they started fixing it. Now 2pm still here waiting. Rather would have paid a ship to get the repair done. Wasting multiple day’s here. Felt like it’s not a priority. More
