I had a schedule appointment at 630am which I was the 2nd car in line for 40,000 service. I express have to be at work at 8am, and to be notified early if any other issue, so I can be droped off to work..30m car in line for 40,000 service. I express to Chris that I can just do the oil change and presented a cupon for $20 that was email to me.. he then made a sly remark saying I shut him down before he said prices and he was going to give me a special and he said now forget it... and played it off as a joke. I am very professional and was nice the whole time. I knew what I was able to afford and made me feel horrible and said the list of things I needed and their prices... and I stood quietly to listen. First of all, he wasnt considerate of my time when I ask if you can let me know if its ok I can go to work and be notifed... but never did. I end up being 30 min late to work. I choose an early appt to avoid that.. and when I review reciepts it said I did not have an appointment, which I did. I never do such thing as this writting a review, normally get a call or text about the service ...but this time I didn't wonder why🤔 maybe because Mr. Chris knew he treated me wrong. I love toyota and never had a problem to the point to make me write this review. The cost for oil change was $54.change and had a $20 off. I had a set budget and needes service I end up paying $59.06 which I had services vefore and used discount and didnt even seem as though I recieve a discount. The way I felt today, I just won't book an appointment with him and his little smart remarks. I love toyota just service today was not cool at all. More

i came to Al service with no appointment for my 5k check in the morning. Daniella was efficient and courteous and it take about an hour.
