VSC was activated for a second time in approximately 1 month and a week after the same service on Nov 29, 2019. Henry, gave me a plausible reason for the reoccurrence. Easy Service I scheduled the service about a week in advance for an 11:00 appointment. Got there at 10:00. Robert Kopp took care of me. The service was done quickly and that was good. However you used to wash the car and put paper mats down in the car. You no longer do this and that lessens my satisfaction with you. Also you really need to upgrade your accessibility. Although there is a ramp into service waiting room, the customer has to step up the curb to speak to a service associate. My husband uses a mobility scooter and many more uses walkers. This should be upgraded. Richard was polite and prompt. More
