The employees need more training and respect people's time. I ordered a part and was told it would be available on 11/30/19. After waiting for 45 minutes I was informed that the part was not there and would not I ordered a part and was told it would be available on 11/30/19. After waiting for 45 minutes I was informed that the part was not there and would not be there until 12/3/19. I was disappointed, and everyone acted like it was not a big deal. I am really getting tired of the service and the the mishaps are handled at this dealer. I am very disappointed. More

He told me my wait would be about 75 minutes, but I was out of there in under an hour. The waiting lounge is very comfortable and well-stocked with coffee and bagels. More
