Very Good My trip to Al Hendrickson was worth it. The staff was really cordial and knowledgeable. Although I did not walk away with exactly what I wanted, I lef My trip to Al Hendrickson was worth it. The staff was really cordial and knowledgeable. Although I did not walk away with exactly what I wanted, I left with the next best. My only gripes are I got one only car key, which the remote did not work... I must admit that battery was replaced 2 days later, and it now works. Secondly, after exiting your premises, I had to find the closest gas station because the car had in less than quarter tank of gas. That's not the kind of treatment I and my family members got in the past from other dealers. More

Not to mention, he is one of the few that is still there from the older crew. I highly recommend Al Hendrickson as I have been going here for almost 15 years myself. The only downfall that I can say is that it never fails that as I am preparing to leave the dealership, I receive a call from Al Hendrickson's sales office to try and get me into a new car. I think this is very unprofessional and discouraging especially when I have yet to even leave the building. This has happened the last 3 times I went for service there. Other than that, I will continue to keep Al Hendrickson as my go to dealership. More
