Service Consultant Excellence I arrived on a Thursday morning and thankfully it was early enough that it wasn't really busy & backed up at the service center yet. Robert Kopp, my service consultant, took care of my situation immediately. He also gave me a realistic quote as far as the time it would take to fix my problem. This was important because I had to take time out of work in order to get my car serviced immediately and I needed to let my boss know when I would be into work.
