I never received a second key for the car like I was promised and they didn’t even put a full tank of gas in the car. I returned the next day and the sales manager was extremely rude. He said do you want to bring back the car and come get your trade? Nasty. I have already shared my experience with serveral people and they said I wish you would have said something before you went. The used car division is the worst people to deal with at Al Hendrickson. I felt like my money was no good there. He acted like he gave me the car for free. He treated me like complete trash. If this is a factory default then a repair should be available. Shedrick did not offer a repair service (we have an extended warranty, which should not matter). The truck is brand new with 5,000 miles. His attitude was odd at best, to big of a fight to-go-round-and-round. If I have a choice I will take my vehicle elsewhere. However, I paid for my vehicle and warranty at Hendrickson; follow through. More
