Worst car buying experience of my life The sales manager is the rudest nastiest person I have ever dealt with. I never received a second key for the car like I was promised and they didn’t even put a full tank of gas in the car. I returned the next day and the sales manager was extremely rude. He said do you want to bring back the car and come get your trade? Nasty. I have already shared my experience with serveral people and they said I wish you would have said something before you went. The used car division is the worst people to deal with at Al Hendrickson. I felt like my money was no good there. He acted like he gave me the car for free. He treated me like complete trash.
