I had a problem with a Drive Connect in my new Camry LE 25. It would not connect and operate with the maps and other features after I paid the fees. For the last three days I had spoken with seven people f 25. It would not connect and operate with the maps and other features after I paid the fees. For the last three days I had spoken with seven people from the Toyota drive connecte department and they tried to activate it. They said that I am connected but couldn't figure out or diagnose it and suggested to go to the dealer for troubleshoot.l had appointment for today at the dealership 10:15 and when I arrived earlier I went inside and asked for my salesperson Sarah. She was not in said her associate Viviana and offered to check out my problem. I was a little skeptical but said sure anyway. Five minutes later to my biggest amusement everything worked as should. I asked her what she did and she said I just worked it out for you this little problem. That is after three days with the department working on that without success.
