As i stepped out an employee was keen enough to realize that I was a bit lost looking for my vehicle and got my car for me. Service on the vehicle was fair, but the environment itself was poor. If they can't provide a loaner or shuttle, then at least give an area for people to sit and wait, that isn't in the hot sun! She provided poor instructions on reclaiming my car after the service, and let us waste 20 minutes. She is unfriendly and will not be seeing me again! More
