I had an emergency come up with my car and needed to have my car towed to this dealer. I left my car overnight and then representative Jarrett called me the next morning to speak with me to discuss what was my car towed to this dealer. I left my car overnight and then representative Jarrett called me the next morning to speak with me to discuss what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He was extremely professional, friendly, and reassuring that he could help me with the issue. I was told that I was buying a car with 20,000 miles. After signing all the financial paperwork and paid my deposit I went home with the car. I woke up to drive to work and noticed the car had 42,000 mil After signing all the financial paperwork and paid my deposit I went home with the car. I woke up to drive to work and noticed the car had 42,000 miles on the dashboard. I immediately reached out to the sales representative. He reached out to his manager who told me to bring back the car and that they would stop the loan. I went in the following day and was told that the loan already went through and they first said to keep the car for a few months and then try to trade it in. I was then told that they would try to trade it for a next car but I needed to put more deposit down. I refused to that and was told they would need time to work on it. Still waiting. More
