The only two things I asked for in return for paying list price was an extra key since it only had one, and a full detail cleaning in and out since it was used. I was told no problem. I gave the dealer all my required information to get the paperwork started. I told them I needed two days before I could pick it up, which was no problem for them. The day I showed up and after finalizing the deal and payment to take possession, I asked where the set of keys were. I was told by Lorence Lewis that it only came with a single key. This was the same person who told me he would take care of it 2 days prior on the phone. I also stated it on several forms I filled out for them about having 2 sets of keys. Had I known that before I finalized the paperwork, I would have said something to them. The car was also only mildly cleaned on the outside and inside. It was parked out front when I arrived at the dealer and was dirty. The rims were dirty also. They probably did only a quick wipe down as I finished the paperwork. The inside was not cleaned like I was told it would be. I don't feel its nit picking as I only asked for a spare key and a good cleaning. Comparatively to the cost of the vehicle it was nothing for them to do that to make me happy after paying their list price. I feel there was no effort at all to handle my small request and it was just disregarded. I feel it's the little things like this that make the difference when you purchase a new or even used vehicle. You want people to feel good about their purchase, so they return as a consumer and tell others they had a good experience. Buying a new or even a used car for most people is a very big deal. When the little things get disregarded, it makes you wonder if they don't care about the big things as well. Thats definitely not a good image you want your company to portray. More

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and it was said to be Toyota certified. It appears not because the odometer did not move after a couple days of driving it. I returned and had them sell me another s to be Toyota certified. It appears not because the odometer did not move after a couple days of driving it. I returned and had them sell me another similar vehicle. This time it was missing fog lights, ripped driver seat and arm rest. I was told and as part of my contract that those things would be replaced. I then received a text saying my vehicle service was completed and I tried to call the service department to see it everything was complete but I have yet to speak with anyone about it. More
