I was disappointed. I feel for a dealership to be in business as long as they have, that they would not have made bad mistakes. First, I feel they can do a better job working in parallel. Instead of making me wait 25 minutes for them to wash the car, it should have been washed while I was with the finance manager and the insurance agent. Do t start washing it when I am done with them. Second…it is chaos there. Yes, they were busy but the showroom and only hold so many people. There is extremely limited room. And last, the one that impacted me the most was the lack of understanding/communication. I went in there with a pre-approval from my credit union with a check. Not a personal check but a bank check. So what did they do, they did a credit check on me. How did I find out? They were having me fill out a credit application. Why?!? Get this…when I asked about it, the salesperson looked confused and went to talk to the sales manager. When he returns he tells me it is because of homeland security? HOMELAND SECURITY?!? WTH?!? I threw the xx flag and he went to talk to the sales manager again. This time the sales manager came back with the sales person. I showed him the check and his eyes lit up, like he finally understood. To which he apologized. You did a hard check on my credit without my permission and it impacted my credit score. And which point you just say sorry? I tell anyone who reads this review, be cautious…extremely cautious. They are about making a sale and not about the customer. More

Unfortunately the experience was not the greatest, a few items not up to par such as, revers light on driver side was missing, cover for washer fluid missing, would have thought a more though detailing on t items not up to par such as, revers light on driver side was missing, cover for washer fluid missing, would have thought a more though detailing on the interior would have been done. I know that it was presidents day but we arrived at 10:30 and finally got home a little before six at night. It was a very long long day. The financial individual Bernard and his run around very upsetting. His explanation as I did not like the payment amount monthly and showing a piece of appear saying come back in two months gave this amount and we can see to refinance for a lower rate. We said thank for your time and sorry for wasting it five or six times and we could not just leave. I know he is the one that has to get the job done and I perfectly understand that but his hard sell was just too much to handle. Wanted to leave and he seemed upset that we didn’t arrive at an agreement told him thank you but we would like to leave. We wanted my tag I came in with so we would leave said he would get it. He never came back never saw him again and we sat in that office for another half hour. We finally got up went out into the show room and spoke with someone trying to get my tag so we could leave. They said hold on. I come to find out they had put it on the car already. So they needed to get someone to retrieve it. Honestly we had it and it was to much to handle being there all day long. The only saving grace was the gentleman, and I unfortunately can not remember his name was terrific. Very calm no smoke and mirrors or the run around. I believe he is the manager. He was your saving grace. It would be hard for me to say that I would recommend juts for the financial individual and his smoke and mirror hard sell. I do thank you for everything. More
