I arrived without an appointment (mistake on my part) and was patiently waiting but its just a zoo at the check in. People skip people and it's just not right. Thankfully I have been a customer there for many years, so I went to Jerrett and asked him for help. He remembered me and immediately assisted me despite how busy he was. Again, highly recommend a check in system - maybe a person with a tablet that takes your name and assigns you to a service tech as available. So its fair. More

Dealer is great problem is the service advisors I did brakes twice then had to come back to purchase rotors and new pads because they agreed they should not had serviced my brakes with those rotors So f brakes twice then had to come back to purchase rotors and new pads because they agreed they should not had serviced my brakes with those rotors So for good front brakes they did work 3 times Even they helped with labor im still losing money Also valet guys on service put the car on parking while moving and transmition sounded trrrrrr.
