I had an appointment and still waited 4 hours for a tire rotation and an oil change. I have a blown speaker on a new TRD Pro 4Runner and asked them to check the speaker. The speaker is still blown and the t rotation and an oil change. I have a blown speaker on a new TRD Pro 4Runner and asked them to check the speaker. The speaker is still blown and the technician said nothing was wrong. I also had two interior lights removed off the doors that were never placed back on. I had to do it myself. I watched the technician park my car when he was done and watching go from drive to reverse two times while my new car was still rolling bothered me. My other reviews will reflect this one. The only reason I came back here for service was because this is where I purchased the vehicle and service is free up to 25,000. After that experience I’d rather pay for it somewhere closer to home. I’m sure not all experiences are like this but that is how my experience went. More
