Chris K, the svc coordinator is exceptional!On a few Chris K, the svc coordinator is exceptional! On a few occasions, over the 13 yrs that I’ve owned my car, I called Chris at night, & he took care of m Chris K, the svc coordinator is exceptional! On a few occasions, over the 13 yrs that I’ve owned my car, I called Chris at night, & he took care of my emergencies as if it was just part of his work day. The last time I called him, I didn’t realize he was in Greece and that it was 2 am! Chris was glad to help me & immediately arranged for the other Chris to prepare for my arrival the next day - (who was great too). Meticulous, smooth process of cars coming in and out and explanation of any issues. I like this dealership better than Lipton. Lipton people are very assertive and rushed.
