I purchased the car 1 year ago and the breaks needed to be replaced. Now 13,000 miles later I was told they need to be done again. When I questioned it I was told it was my driving. Meanwhile my 2 other be replaced. Now 13,000 miles later I was told they need to be done again. When I questioned it I was told it was my driving. Meanwhile my 2 other cars that I drove for 2 or more years and are still being driven by my family members have not needed new breaks. It makes me question the service that was originally done. More

Al Hendrickson Toyota service are not so great. For some reason even sales pretty much the same . I been told by the sales manager that they don’t care much about reviews they care more for the profit and i reason even sales pretty much the same . I been told by the sales manager that they don’t care much about reviews they care more for the profit and it does shows that there service are horrible. I had bought a car there but never recommended anyone to go there. More
