I spoke to the service department prior to dropping off and was told that appointment times are strictly followed. My service was expected to take 30 minutes so I planned on waiting. I was told that servi and was told that appointment times are strictly followed. My service was expected to take 30 minutes so I planned on waiting. I was told that service would take 90 minutes when I checked in because “there is no telling when a mechanic would be available”. What’s the point of an appointment time if you don’t have someone available at that time? More

Service rep recommended change out of in cabin air intake filter and engine air filter...elected to proceed since these had not been repl inspection.
