Waited 3hrs for my car for just an Oil Change. The guy (Henry) had my keys sitting at his desk when service was done for 1/2hr. After asking if my car is done, he then oucks uo the keys, telling me they (Henry) had my keys sitting at his desk when service was done for 1/2hr. I had an appointment for 11am for windows tinting The car was ready at 5 pm. This was the second time I went, last time after waiting for 2 hours they told me the car was not in yet, so I cancelled it and le was ready at 5 pm.
