Horrible service, they are not professionals and just want to get the most they can out of you. They did not want to sell me the car because I did not accept to be charged around $7,000.00 in fees and t want to get the most they can out of you. Because is my 2nd car my bank pre-qualified me with lower rates and lower donw payment, and they didn't want to negotiate with my bank, after returning for the 3rd time in the store, the manager "Joe" decided to help me and finally I did sign. I was so disappointed and felt really bad for the way they trick me, I felt like I'm nothing, they left me waiting for almost 7hrs, boiling me, I felt like I'm asking for a favor. I was very sad with the purchase because I negotiated a car with 18miles and due to the mistake of those who announced the car it was actually 31miles, the salesperson Lisa did not communicate about the error and I only realized when I got inside the car to go home! The way they treated me I felt humiliated and diminished by being an immigrant. The manager Lazaro lied to me and also said I can't buy my car. I did text the salesperson Lisa before I went to the store, and we did spoke about the deal, numbers and I did choose the car she's sent me the link, we did negotiate the price outdoor, when I got to the store everything was changed, and she's didn't fixed and got another customer and left me waiting. The manager Lore (I'm not sure how write his name) he is the one said to Lisa and me about the outdoor price, but he didn't fixed the problem with the finance guy, and when I did came back another day to talk to him and the general manager his lied to me about the general manager and his didn't fixed the problem again, just left me waiting and his went back to work, ignoring me. Joe and Marcus was the nice guys did helped me, but I didn't got the car I want. More

I am very disappointed with the leasing dept. I turned in my 3 yr lease after 2 yrs with very low mileage to get a 2021 3 yr lease which I thought would be a similar Camry SE with push button features, sun r my 3 yr lease after 2 yrs with very low mileage to get a 2021 3 yr lease which I thought would be a similar Camry SE with push button features, sun roof and alert options all around which it did not have. .
