Olivera (excuse the spelling) was most attentive and helpful. It took well over five hours to finish up the negotiation, purchase, and financing. I could see that the staff was overwhelmed due to it being a busy Saturday. The structuring of the deal on the buyer's order is extremely confusing. We ended up buying off the lot, even though it did not fit our exact specifications, but the incentives to make that deal was something that moved it along. You get a discount, but several charges are added back in, clearly reducing the discount. It really pays to walk in with a good idea of the out-the-door price you are expecting. The finance person did not seem to appreciate our confusion, After many, many car purchases over the years, we kind of know what to expect from a dealership. Still, for the buyer, the process is unnerving. Delivery was brief and service handled our accessory needs with no major issues. However, there was absolutely no explanation of the car's features at pickup time. That should have been an expected service given the array of electronics and settings that need to be addressed. I had to learn, on my own, how to enable the powered back door along with several other features. This contrasts with our delivery of my Honda 2018 CRV which was explained to us in great detail. More

How can maintenance package be sold for thousands over my vehicle price but it did not cover a battery nor was one available? My battery died at the dealership and I thought wow I'm saved I'm glad I came her vehicle price but it did not cover a battery nor was one available? Only to be told that they don't cover the battery nor did they have a battery that fit my car! It's a bad practice to sale a car charge extra for a warranty and maintenance package but when there's a simple problem like a battery you send your customer somewhere else to fix the problem on their own! It was not a good customer experience! More
