Had a great experience until I was passed off to the finance dept to London Jackson. He initially condescending when I told him I knew exactly what I was looking to pay and what I was looking for for my finance dept to London Jackson. He initially condescending when I told him I knew exactly what I was looking to pay and what I was looking for for my trade and after a lot of back and forth we were able to agree upon a price after he tried forcing several upgrades on me. Then I was called back a week later to "sign some paperwork" that was missed and was at that point given the news that my deal had fallen through and that he would need another 2k down to maintain that payment. After more back and forth I then told him to go ahead and forget it and that I would be returning the truck I purchased and take my business elsewhere and another sales manager was brought in and this is when I was told my trade in was no longer at the property. Talk about backing someone into a corner. Low and behold a better APR was found for me after I had to put down another 1k that I hadnt originally planned on spending. London began the process of redoing the paperwork for the new "deal" that he had found through a different lender and I was assured repeatedly that everything else we had previously discussed would remain the same being the only addition would be gap coverage. I was then told "for my troubles" they would throw in a free plan for oil changes for next 3 yrs or 30k miles. Imagine my surprise when I checked over my receipt weeks later after returning from some travels to see that an almost 2k maintenance plan had been added onto the purchase of my vehicle without my consent let alone them lying to me about including it in for free for my troubles. I had to return to the dealership yet again to demand the plan be cancelled after I was initially told it was needed to keep the deal then ended up eating over $100 for a prorated fee to cancel a plan that I never approved. He apologized for the misunderstanding prior to me leaving though I assure you there was no misunderstanding. Prior to dealing with this snake my experience with Brandon in sales was very pleasant. More
