Incredibly long wait times even with an appointment. Just the wait for my assigned service rep this time was almost 30mins. Others that came after me were helped before me. If the assigned rep was unable to help me in a timely manner, he should have had an associate do it instead. Service reps and mechanics need to work on their communication skills...with customers and each other. I have addressed this with service management in the past and was told that I had to wait because MY service rep was busy and there was nothing they could do about it The "video of my repair" this time was simply the mechanic videoing the bag the part came in and rudely announcing my repair was complete. The mechanic misplaced one of the parts that was needed to be returned for the warranty. Instead of owning up to it, he blamed me. Said he "threw it on the floor board" and claimed I MUST have done something with it. Classy. If I did not have free services through Toyota, I would use ANY other service center. More
Good overall experience. Edsen, Bryan Goday, and Eric were excellent. When we left after Midnight I was surprised my Chevy Trailblazer only had a half of tank of gas, I had been focused on the negotiations and the car’s important details.
