Originally, my service advisor was supposed to be Chris Laporte. He is so rude and mean. While I was talking to him, I told him that Toyota gave me a $20 certificate towards the service. I also had a buy o Laporte. He is so rude and mean. While I was talking to him, I told him that Toyota gave me a $20 certificate towards the service. I also had a buy one get one free service which I paid for from the last visit. When I told him that I want to use the certificate, he told me that’s impossible. I asked him why. He told me that why did Toyota Hendrickson send me a certificate for $20 for? I asked him why not and he said they shouldn’t send me any certificate. I proceeded by asking him is it because I am black since he is white. He told me straight up to find another service guy to help me. I have never been so embarrassed in my life like that. Thank God for Jarrett Elder Sr. He stepped up and helped me with caring, dignity and respect. Jarrett was shocked to see Chris treated me like that. Jarrett went above an beyond to help me . I can’t believe racism was still exist at Toyota Hendrickson. To make matters worse, the was a white lady that came after me, Chris was helping her with kindness. That alone tells me how racist he is. Jarrett is a kind, caring and humble human being. Most of all, a very nice and knowledgeable service specialist. If it wasn’t for Jarrett, I would have walked away. More

I have been with Toyota since 1999. Oscar Vizcara is my Service Representative for years now and I am very satisfied with getting car maintenance at Al Hendrickson. Oscar alerted me of a recall for my 2018 Camry and he put things in motion to get the repairs done in an efficient manner. I appreciate the free rental option while car was in for service. IMPORTANT: I was disappointed with the rental from Enterprise. The car had an unbearable, awful stench; the seats were dirty; the steering wheel was so dirty, a second wiping left the rag dirt brown. I hope Toyota let them know that is not the quality of service loyal Toyota Customers are used to and that they offer cleaner cars to customers. More

I feel very comfortable having the dealership do my maintenance and my rare need for actual repairs. Not to say that everything has been perfect over the 4 years I have dealt with this dealership, but I am confident they will do the right work and will treat me fairly. More
I want to give my special appreciation to Mr. Klaus Cobb and his team of mechanics. Without them my whole vacation in Florida would have been ruined. Mr. Cobb was able to help me unlocked and retrieve the car keys I accidentally left in my rental cars truck. Since this is a brand new 2023 Toyota Camry with an old fashion key entry, we were not able to get access to the truck due the car was on a safety mode after we got the door opened. It’ only took less than 1 hour for Mr. Cobb and his crew had to take apart the back seat to have access to the truck. Your crews have gone above and beyond to help us with the urgent issue at hand.
