I brought my 4Runner vehicle for repair on Thursday, 2/9/2023 because the vehicle shakes and slows down quite a bit while I'm driving. I was afraid that it would break down on the road and I'll be stranded. Chris Kulazidis had my vehicle diagnosed and said one of the sensors in the engine had gone bad, and needed to replace them. The total cost for this repair was $4,000. I was shocked but I needed the work done correctly to eliminate the problem. I got my vehicle back at 4:00pm on Friday 2/10/2023. The labor cost $3,003.00 is astronomical and far exceeded the cost of parts. How could that be? I drove the vehicle for a short distance on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The SUV still shakes a bit and if it continues, I will be bringing it back to the dealership. The cause may not have been the sensors but something else. More

When the truck was returned to your dealership from the body shop Jarret inspected the vehicle and sent it back because it wasn’t up to his standard. I was so happy that Jarret called me to let me know not to drive down (45 min for me) he handled it so professionally. I was very upset but he was able to keep me calm about the entire process. Jarret is the type of team member that I would like to have on my team where I work. Someone that takes pride in his job! More

John told me that that the mechanic said he cannot turn of that light on less I change the tires. I know the tires needed changing but to tricked me into changing the tires to turn off traction light is deceitful. I did change the tires there but I find my brakes are low and nothing was mention about the brakes. It would be nice if I had gotten and overall inspection or overall review from toyota in my vehicle. So I’m not impressed. More

After they removed my car to the parking lot, 30 plus minutes later I kindly asked to get my car kes and proced to move away. I understand your company policy is that you have to assure your customer of any possible deficencies onboard the vehicle.
