I been with Toyota from 2015. I love Toyota vehicle. I went to get my tires changed last week . The staff in the service department was very rude, Everyone ignored me. I was literally standing in the front of the service department and no one acknowledged me. So I went directly in front of Christ kulazidis and said hello .Instead of acknowledging me he got up walk away to his lunch box , got and apple and a knife, came back to his desk, sit in front of me , cut up and ate his apple . At this point his face was completely fixed to the computer and he still Didn’t acknowledged me. I been there for 5 mins. While only one the service advisor was busy with a customer. At this point I felt resented by all the staff. I walked away with the intention of asking to speak to the manager when Jarrett Elder decide to call me asking if I needed help. I began to explain the whole senario with him telling him who everyone ignored me and how Christ was very very rude More

Big dealership. For the amount of people they deal with, the process seems to be fairly efficient. Having the service people's desks outside is unusual, but this is For the amount of people they deal with, the process seems to be fairly efficient. Having the service people's desks outside is unusual, but this is Florida, so I guess anything goes. Work is pricy but performed correctly. Appointments are usually easy to obtain. Location is good. Would award 5 stars if only the prices were a little less. $189 for an hour's diagnostic is pretty steep, but I don't know what competitors charge, so is this the market? Not sure. If dealerships were a little more competitively priced, I think they would do twice the business. More
