Worst experience I have ever had with a service department. I take fault for the condition of my vehicle, but Al Hendrickson would only diagnose the problem for a minimum of $500.00 Tire King department. I had a issue with a pre owned certificate vehicle that I purchase. The vehicle had dog hair in between the seats and all over the carpet. Also when the vehicle hit 70 mph plus it would shake. I spoke with J purchase. The vehicle had dog hair in between the seats and all over the carpet. Also when the vehicle hit 70 mph plus it would shake. I spoke with Jim t he manager of pre owned vehicle and explain to him my issue withe car. Jim ask me to leave the car and got me into a rental. When I came by the next day there was still some dog hair on the carpet and between the two front seat but not as much as the first time. I took the car ant when I hit 72 mph it started shaking. I went back and explain to Jim that the car was shaking. Jim ask Yordan to take a drive with me an Yordan also felt the car shake. Jim called Klaus from the service part of the dealer and ask him to take care of my issue even if he had to put four brand new tires. After me being in the dealer waiting almost six hour and the car was still shaking. They put four brand new tires and Ram a service manager told me that the car was fine now. As soon as I got in the turnpike the car started to shake even worst this time from 68 mph and up. I went back to the dealer and explain to Klaus that the car was worst than before. Klaus answer was Jim says is nothing else we can do for you. I got in my car and left. I called on Saturday morning and ask to speak to a service manager? I left a massage and twenty minutes later Fabio call me. I explain to Fabio the issue that I was having with my car an felt that Jim and Klaus where brushing me of since they couldn't fix it. Fabio ask me to come in Monday morning at eight thirty. I met with Fabio Monday morning and we went for a test drive and felt the shaking from 68 mph on up. Fabio told me the he was going to drive another Camry like my and see if it did the same or not. Fabio got another Camry like my and we took it for a test drive and that camry drive perfect. Fabio suggested the it was one of my rims bend. Fabio ask me to leave the car the he was going to switch the rims from the camry to my to see it drove the same. Fabio called and said the it was one of my rims bend that he was going to put my brand new tire into does rims and that should solve the problem. The next day I called Fabio to check on my car and Fabio said the car is ready and it doesn't shake anymore. I went got my car and jump in the turnpike and sure enough my car was perfect no more shaking and smooth like it should as a pre own vehicle should from day one. My hat go off to Fabio, he went above and beyond to fix the issue with my car. I wish I could say the same about others the I came across even though they try to help but couldn't figure it out like Fabio did. I still have dog hair on my carpet and between my seats but I'm afraid to.take it back and waste another day when it should have been done right before the car went forsale. Thank you Fabio, you are awesome!!! Am giving five stars because of Fabio. More

My service advisor Klaus Cobb has and probably always will make me as if I am a part of his family. Whatever service I am getting he will explain it in detail and goes above and beyond "regular" custome will make me as if I am a part of his family.
