Have purchased two vehicles from dealership in the past, never again. Upper management in sales are scam artist do not trust them. On the other hand service dept is great give them 100%. never again. Dealer lost 3 lugnuts then lied about it saying that I needed to replace all 20 lugnuts because all of them were incorrect for the car, which was imposible because those were the original lugnuts. If they needed to replace all 20 lugnuts because all of them were incorrect for the car, which was imposible because those were the original lugnuts. If they lie over 3 lugnuts valued at $20, can you trust them with your engine? Or your entire car? This was the most disappointing experience. To make things worse they returned the car to me with one wheel with only 2 out of 5 lugnuts which is dangerous. I went to a different dealer and confirmed that the installed lugnuts were original and correct. More
