I setup an appointment for a recall and when I arrived the gentleman I was supposed to meet with was having a personal conversation on his cell phone and didn’t acknowledge me. Terrible! !!! I had to take my car to get an oil change after I went to the dealership because my car felt heavy. Come to find out they didn’t change the oil!!! !!! The service center manager Eric is knowledge and competent. Eric advice me about the services I needed for my car as well as check with me to see if the service was complete to my satisfaction. The service ageny that was original assign to me was too busy to care about my needs. The service agent make me feel unimportant and annoying for wanting to know how the service was done to my car.
