Yesterday’s service was terrible with Oscar holding my car for about 4 hours without letting me know the status of my car. I had to go back to the dealer when I didn’t hear from him. Only when I arrived h car for about 4 hours without letting me know the status of my car. I had to go back to the dealer when I didn’t hear from him. Only when I arrived he told me that the part that is needed for my car won’t be available the next day. I was the third person dropping my car. He even had the nerve to harass me on top of it. I wonder if he was trained that way or if he brought his own attitude to the job? By the experience ok before yesterday’s service. More

The service was good! A lot of people were there super-early and everyone was doing their part to get everyone done as soon as they could.
