I was trying to give this dealership business but the service advisor was not willing to help me with quotes for specific tires I wanted. I was told I needed to see the parts dept for this. I felt scold service advisor was not willing to help me with quotes for specific tires I wanted. I was told I needed to see the parts dept for this. I felt scolded for going there & was passed back to Jared. He presented me with a quote for tires he had available. He said that the tires included free rotation for the life of the tire. However I did not see this verbiage anywhere on the quote so not sure if he’s telling the truth. More

Arrived Thursday morning at 7am without an appointment. Jarrett Elder took care of me right away. He was pleasant and very professional. It was a good dealership visit. The work done was fine and included with my new car purchase. I had to wait for well over 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I was told 2- 3 because my Service advisor neglected to call m purchase. I had to wait for well over 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I was told 2- 3 because my Service advisor neglected to call me then made me wait longer when I just showed up to check the status because he assumed he knew who I was instead of actually communicating with me. He was trying to multitask with multiple clients and none of us were taken care of. My car was sitting in a back lot ready for who knows how long at that point.. Maybe I'll try this one again with a different advisor and see if they improve. Also, I was going to let it go but the multiple emails and texts to complete a survey got to me.
