So I came back today figuring I would give service another chance. I didn't have an appointment and showed up about 3:40. The Porter was nice enough to let me know to go to the service desk.The people at the service desk looked up every now and then, saw someone standing there, and went on about their business.After being looked at, but ignored, by everyone behind the desk except for the one guy who was actually with a client,I gave up.There are other dealerships, maybe they need the business.
