I was trying to give this dealership business but the service advisor was not willing to help me with quotes for specific tires I wanted. I was told I needed to see the parts dept for this. I felt scold service advisor was not willing to help me with quotes for specific tires I wanted. I was told I needed to see the parts dept for this. I felt scolded for going there & was passed back to Jared. He presented me with a quote for tires he had available. He said that the tires included free rotation for the life of the tire. However I did not see this verbiage anywhere on the quote so not sure if he’s telling the truth. More

The work done was fine and included with my new car purchase. I had to wait for well over 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I was told 2- 3 because my Service advisor neglected to call m purchase. I had to wait for well over 6 hours for an oil change and tire rotation when I was told 2- 3 because my Service advisor neglected to call me then made me wait longer when I just showed up to check the status because he assumed he knew who I was instead of actually communicating with me. He was trying to multitask with multiple clients and none of us were taken care of. My car was sitting in a back lot ready for who knows how long at that point.. Maybe I'll try this one again with a different advisor and see if they improve. Also, I was going to let it go but the multiple emails and texts to complete a survey got to me.
