Friendly service department.love that they have a driver to take you if need to leave. The waiting room really needs a serious update. Feels old dingy and dirty….not the best place to wait or work while you to take you if need to leave. The waiting room really needs a serious update. Very poorly organized service department.! 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is severely excessive. We were assigned Henry as the service writer while 5 other service wrighters were sitting around oil change and tire rotation is severely excessive. We were assigned Henry as the service writer while 5 other service wrighters were sitting around twiddling their thumbs, causing excessive delays just checking in. After we checked in and signed up, we were informed of the three hour delay, so we had to call an Uber to get home and back so we didn’t have to wait there 3 hours. Then when we finally got the phone call the car was ready, we had to wait again on line to see Henry for the bill for another 14 minutes. Finally we got to the cashier and gave her the 15% off discount coupon, she told us we had to go back to Henry to have the RO adjusted, again another 12 minute wait to see him while other service writers were doing nothing. So we finally get back to the cashier and I tell her that 15% off $69 is not $60.41, but $58 and change. What a waste of time coming to your dealership for a simple service! We felt abused, frustrated and violated! Al, you most certainly need to change the work flow at your dealership! More
