EVERY time I go to Al Hendrickson, there is a problem. This time, I went for a simple oil change which lead to them finding out something was wrong with my car. They fixed it but upon return, they forgot This time, I went for a simple oil change which lead to them finding out something was wrong with my car. They fixed it but upon return, they forgot to connect my radio and my gear shift light. Days later I got a notice about an engine maintenance required which I had never received since owning this new car. I contacted my service advisor, Cjay who had been the same service advisor that had been taking care of my car since the initial oil and he got me a told me it was an issue with coolant by pass valves that camrys & rav4s have been experiencing. He worked with me to get a loaner and had the issue resolved within a day. Honestly my entire experience with Al Hendrickson has always been difficult. There is ALWAYS a problem. The ONLY difference is Cjay was actually empathetic, knowledgeable and quick acting to help resolve the issue (s). I understand things happen but literally why is it that you can never have a smooth encounter at Al Hendrickson? I explained my frustration (past & present) to Cjay, he apologized and assured me he will do he best to make sure every encounter going fourth is painless, which I appreciated. And his words were proven by my last visit's resolution so thank you to Cjay! More
