Muy mala experiencia hoy día, espero que el servicio no siga así o perderá un cliente de casi 10 años. Se hizo un appointment por teléfono, la persona sabía todos los datos del carro y la razón por la cual siga así o perderá un cliente de casi 10 años. Se hizo un appointment por teléfono, la persona sabía todos los datos del carro y la razón por la cual se necesitaba la cita. Cuando hablé con el Sr. Cris K. (con la persona que supuestamente tenía que atenderme el día de la cita), me dijo que no podían ver al carro, que supuestamente NO tenían un mecánico para ese específico carro. Que mejor hiciera "otro appointment, para otro día, tal vez mañana"?! (Cómo si fuera fácil perder un día de trabajo) Cuando le pregunté porque no se nos informó cuando nos dieron el appointment, su respuesta fue que posiblemente se hizo por internet y supuestamente es automático el appointment?! También le mencioné que para mí fue tiempo para separar e ir, no hubo una disculpa, solo la escusa de "que eso pasa cuando uno saca appointment por internet". También él menciono que las millas del carro estaban casi due por revisión, pero yo sé que en el dashboard siempre avisa, y en el carro no decía nada. Very disappointed. More
