I'm giving five stars because of Evan Kendra in service he is friendly understood what I was saying was wrong with my vehicle he took time with me to go and look at my car and explained what was going to h he is friendly understood what I was saying was wrong with my vehicle he took time with me to go and look at my car and explained what was going to happen every step of the way he text me and called me to let me know what was going on he is easy going never once did I feel he was under pressure even though it was very busy, I feel he really understands all aspects of this job even Tech guys working in the back he sees all sides of the situation he is incredible when I came to pick up my car it was late he was one of only two guys that were still there working very late that shows he really cares about his clients then the next day text me to make sure everything was okay with my vehicle. No one at Toyota Svs has ever done that before Evan I really appreciate him and I feel he is an asset to Al Hendrickson !!! "HE IS THE BEST" Even Kendra Svs Dept More

Brought my car in 3 weeks ago for an oil change, new brake pads and to check on warning lights on the dash. I was told not to worry about the lights and that they did not have the computer there to turn brake pads and to check on warning lights on the dash. I was told not to worry about the lights and that they did not have the computer there to turn them off but they were fine. 2 weeks later my car broke down and I had to tow it back to the dealership, obviously the warning lights were something that needed to be checked. After dropping off my car I was told it would be ready for pick up that afternoon. The next 3 days consisted of me calling the tech every few hours and him telling me it would be ready in a couple hours until he eventually stopped answering my calls. I had to find a service manager, Gary Carrs number online and called him directly, he informed me that they have not even looked at my car yet. I dropped my car off and was told it would be a couple hours and did not get it back until 1 week later, I understand they have to diagnose the issue and get the right parts but the lack of communication and poor customer service made the experience awful. More
