The last time, I needed service, I will rate it as poor. Need Overhaul of the service dept. Talked to M/S Jessica in detail about problems. The message center is not functioning. Drove in for emergency service, they will not work, Service manager refuses to talk. M/S Jessica made an appointment with Mr. Oscar, he claims he has no record and tells that, it will take 3-4 hours. Went to inform M/S Jessica, came back to Oscar, work was finished in 30minutes. The only person responsible was M/S Jessica. More
