Al Hendrickson Toyota - Service Center

I purchased my second vehicle at Al Hendrickson Toyota. Last week I had the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. My vehicle was in the shop for three days instead of two. No one called to let me know what the progress was with the repair. I only found out when I called. It took over an hour for the valet to pick me up. Yet I live approximately 20 minutes away.The mechanic said it was repaired so I picked it up. Approximately 20 minutes later the dash lit up like Christmas lights, and the vehicle stoped running at an intersection. Between the cars honking and almost being hit I was able to baby it into the dealership. The mechanic forgot to hook something up. There is more to this story but, I will never return to Al Hendrickson toyota again. More

I didn’t have a good experience with the service in charge. I also felt I was charged much more for service that was done on my car. I paid $180 for Oil change, wipers and alignment of rear brakes. This was after much negotiations as the initial quote was $250. Why does servicing reps ask for arbitrary amount rather than asking for genuine charges. It isnt about buying a vehicle you can buy one from anyone and sometimes at a better price. It is what happens after you get the vehicle the service that is provided to keep your purchase running at anyone and sometimes at a better price. Although I do find the Service prices on the high side compared to others the service that is provided by the service department is FAR better than any other dealership in the state. The service manager I think his name is Norm will go out of his way for his customers to insure that you are 100% satisfied with your visit. More

Why employed has email if they don’t replay back the emails.. after a service visit I got two issues. Somehow after I left the dealer I have to can back because it has no oil.
