Went to the dealership to have a damaged key fob replaced. Turned out they could fix what I had, and didn't charge me for the repair! What a surprise. Went there for a new battery for Prius 2014. Battery costs $225.99, but after adding tax, they charged me $323 including unknown fees and charges. Plus no one informed me if my car was ready or not.
