Terrible! I had a 7am appointment for an oil change and a recall that needed to be fixed. Shedrick was not there at 7 and I waited until 7:15 and approached the I had a 7am appointment for an oil change and a recall that needed to be fixed. Shedrick was not there at 7 and I waited until 7:15 and approached the employee next to him. This employee was extremely helpful. He checked my car in and got me a ride home. He told me my car would be ready in 2 hours. Iwaited until 11 am (almost 4 hours later) and called many times but couldn't get through. Finally, I spoke to Sherwood who told me my car needed new tires which is the same thing he told me when I brought my daughter's car in a few weeks before. I know you were having a tire sale but I had new tires on one of the cars. Sherwood said my car was still not ready 4 hours later. I went there at 12 to find out what's going on and he said it was ready and I needed to pay for it. I went to the cashier and the paperwork wasn't there. There was a REASON I had a 7am appointment, it shouldn't have been a 5 hour experience! I usually go to Weston with my car but I thought I would bring it to you since I live closer but I won't make that mistake again! More
