Al Hendrickson Toyota - Service Center

Much appreciated! When I discovered a screw in one of my car's tires, I called Al Hendrickson Toyota dealership, they are open, they told me to come on in. I went righ When I discovered a screw in one of my car's tires, I called Al Hendrickson Toyota dealership, they are open, they told me to come on in. I went right over, they took care of it pretty quickly, and I was on my way again. I'm in the medical field and go house-to-house, so I need my car for work all day every day. I say I am blessed to be on the front line, and not the unemployment line. Thank you to Al Hendrickson Toyota for getting me back on the road and working! Only thing I would say is that because I'm on the road all the time, I have this kind of problem multiple times per year. In fact, I bought this car in December 2018 and within a few months had to replace a tire because a nail was embedded in a spot that couldn't be patched/plugged. I was (and still am) upset that there is no Road Hazard insurance for my tires, like I've had in the past with other cars and tires. I suggest that Al Hendrickson Toyota consider having such a program for its customers. Thank you! More
