20K mile Service Once I was acknowledged it was smooth sailing. The only complaint I have is that I often stand there for 15-20 minutes with no one acknowledging me. If I go up to talk to someone I am told they are busy. They seems agitated that I am asking, but there is no system, line or way to let someone know you are there for an appointment until someone acknowledges me. I feel like I am bothering them. The wait is just too long and uncomfortable. You need a better way to greet your customers. I sometimes get service in Fort Myers and they greet me at the car and take me to the service person who I have the appointment with. Much more efficient and a better overall experience. That is the only problem with getting service at your dealership. I have been going there for many years and its always the same. More

I was lied to When I purchased the vehicle I was told i would get 2 free oil changes. when i took it to the service center they told me I do not have any free oil When I purchased the vehicle I was told i would get 2 free oil changes. when i took it to the service center they told me I do not have any free oil changes. this is one of several issues i have had with this dealership. Service was great as usual! BUT, I had a little problem with a TPMS sensor. I was quoted $181 just to “scan” the sensors. OEM Sensors cost on average $60 online... That’s a pretty big up sell guys! Consi with a TPMS sensor. I was quoted $181 just to “scan” the sensors. OEM Sensors cost on average $60 online... That’s a pretty big up sell guys! Considering I can replace all 4 for the cost of a “scan”. I was also offered services like AC duct cleaning and throttle body cleaning, all at a considerable cost. Of course, these were declined. I would have gladly paid for new TPMS sensors, but that solution was never offered, Just the unnecessary optional services. Furthermore, the service tech informed me that the scan was performed anyways “at no cost”, but I was never furnished the results. So, I still have a light on my dash and no resolution to that issue. What was the point of quoting me for a “scan” only to scan it anyways for free, then not offer a solution to my issue? My oil change was good, tires were rotated w/o issue... not sure if I’ll continue to be customer. It’s up to you guys. More
