I waited almost 30 minutes before someone can help because they too busy trying to go home than took care of the customer. And on top of that, I came before two customer they ended up got service done because they too busy trying to go home than took care of the customer. Appointment meant nothing!!! I had an 11:30 appointment on a Saturday. Service Rep said it would be about 1.5 hours. Just before 1.5 hours I saw my car in the parking lot so I a I had an 11:30 appointment on a Saturday. Service Rep said it would be about 1.5 hours. Just before 1.5 hours I saw my car in the parking lot so I assumed it was done. I went to the Rep and he informs me that it hasn't been serviced yet. It could take another 45 minutes. I complained to a manager and he said the same thing. I took my car, unserviced and went to another dealership for service and had a good experience. I won't be returning to this dealership for a new car or service. Why does Toyota have their salesmen standing outside like vultures?!?! More
