My service agent Jennifer got a manager to check my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE poor mileage (average of 21.3 miles per gallon) and very poor performance t My service agent Jennifer got a manager to check my 2019 Toyota Camry XLE poor mileage (average of 21.3 miles per gallon) and very poor performance to diagnose the problem. He could not find the root of the problem and suggested to run the car at higher speeds. I have tried that and it did not help. Any advise ? More

When I get there Cris Kulazidis was really nasty about having someone take me home because it was close to 6pm. I honestly have no problem with waiting there, but he could had been nicer about NOT getting me a ride home. More

Put the wrong oil in my truck (again) After leaving from my oil change that morning I notice my next oil change is due in 5000 miles, which means they put the wrong oil in my truck. That year Tacoma requires SAE 30 not synthetic oil. This happen on a previous oil change in 2015 and they had me come back to replace it. More
