Great experience as always! My visit, once again, was exceptional. Shedrick is the service advisor I always work with and its his great customer service and personal skills that My visit, once again, was exceptional. Shedrick is the service advisor I always work with and its his great customer service and personal skills that keeps me coming back. He is always willing to help in every way possible. Not to mention, he is one of the few that is still there from the older crew. I highly recommend Al Hendrickson as I have been going here for almost 15 years myself. The only downfall that I can say is that it never fails that as I am preparing to leave the dealership, I receive a call from Al Hendrickson's sales office to try and get me into a new car. I think this is very unprofessional and discouraging especially when I have yet to even leave the building. This has happened the last 3 times I went for service there. Other than that, I will continue to keep Al Hendrickson as my go to dealership. More
