It was my pleasure to give Jennifer and Al 5 stars. I know the value of an honest review whether it be positive or negative. I worked for Toyota from 1973 to 2000. I was an ASE certified Master Technician, Shop Foreman, Service Advisor, and Service Manager during those years. Jennifer and Al have lived up to and exceeded my expectations of what a Toyota dealer service center is all about. Keep up the good work both of you!
