I wasn't greeted or even looked at when I approached her desk, just asked for my phone number while looking at her computer. Not easy to talk to, felt rushed and felt like I needed to get out of her way. I needed wipers and she told me the price but I had to ask if that price was the B1G1 discount that I saw on the window behind her. But she was nice and apologized when she took care of someone for 10 minutes on the phone in the middle of helping me. Nice lady overall, but my first impression of her came off as kind of rude. From past experiences, most in service department lack the friendly, personable factor. More
