My name is Hugo Anez (Neyda Chavez is my wife), customer number 289296, the reason I’m sending this email to you is that today I had a terrible experience with your service department, following I’ll let yo number 289296, the reason I’m sending this email to you is that today I had a terrible experience with your service department, following I’ll let you know the facts : • On August 30th I was at your dealer because my car had a stranger sound when I turned in any direction, on September 3rd my car was ready and I paid a 1096.51$ invoice, as soon I get out from your dealer I heard the same strange sound, so I called to Wilnord Charles and let him know about that, I was a month and a half out of Florida state so as soon I came back I took my car again to Al Hendrickson. • At Ending November I retook my car in there, and they explained to me that they only fixed the left side of my car and this time they needed to fix the right side, I approved this new job and paid 1,530.51 $ this time, I received the car on December 1st. • After this I noticed a different noise in my car, I was very busy this month until this week that I could retake my car to al Hendrickson, now I’m receiving a new job proposal with an amount of 4,286.14 to get the problem fixed. Even they are suggesting replacing a part that they put on the first service last month again. • Of course, I didn’t approve this job. My conclusions : • I think your technicians are guessing what is wrong with the car. • They are not well trained for what they are doing • Every time that my car got service from you, I paid a labor hour that really didn’t solve my problem. • I don’t know if what I paid before was really necessary to pay because my car still doesn’t work well. • And the worse thing of all, I received my car today with a worse noise than I left it yesterday to you. I know you guys are a big dealer and losing a client should be nothing for you, but I just wanted to vent how I feel now with you because this shouldn’t happen to your clients. In September I bought a car from you for my company (Bestclean LLC) and today I had an appointment with one of your sellers because I thought to leave my car in there and get a new one, but unfortunately with this situation, I changed my mind.
