He apologized for any inconveniences and miscommunications the issue may have caused me. He made it clear that the needs of my vehicle and myself are priority number one. He also acknowledged mistakes were committed and insisted to allow him an opportunity to make things right! I am pleased to see an owner of a company take the initiative and time to oversee that his customers are treated with the upmost level of customer service. Communication is key to resolving any issue, specifically from a customer stand point as well as the car dealer point of view. I reached out, they communicated, and the issue was resolved. I called the dealership & spoke with Chariee, the internet sales manager. She was fantastic & made me feel at ease about making the 13 hr. round trip to buy a car we hadn’t even driven! When we arrived Chariee greeted me with hug since we had spoke so many times on the phone! Lol. Then she introduced us to Ontario, the salesman that would take care of us.
