Over the next three days we visited 7 other dealerships. Each evening we ended up back at Mazda so I could just “sit in that car again and make sure it was all I thought it was.” When we would walk in “again”, we were met with smiles of recognition. No one seemed bothered that we were just “checking” again before heading to other dealerships the next day. The no pressure, welcoming, relaxed attitude ended up being the best of all dealerships we visited. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this Mazda dealership to everyone! She was so pleasant and helpful- I already had a good feeling at the dealership. I ended up working with Narissa Neal and she was just as lovely, very knowledgeable and fast! , I told her I had an hour to get this transaction done and she actually completed the whole transaction in an hour and 1/2! I was so impressed with the whole process! It was the most pleasant experience I had ever had at purchasing a vehicle. It took a long day of test driving and narrowing down and finally deciding on what we wanted to purchase and how we wanted to go about doing that purchase . In the end we drove home and our new car and are very satisfied thus far. Customer service My car buying experience was good but everything since then has been awful. In the first 5k miles I had a slow leak in a tire that they repaired but unfortunately the repair didn't hold and the tire kept leaking. When I ask about a replacement I was quoted $400 which I thought was rediculus. When I asked if it was covered under warranty I was told it was a road hazard and not covered. As a customer service professional I would think that spending 26k on a car might be enough to cover a tire with 5k miles on it. Now I have to fill it up every 4 weeks to make sure my veh is safe. Since then I have had to schedule oil changes 2 weeks in advance. My last change I called saying I was going to be a few mins late and instead of accommodating me I had to reschedule for another week. So far my rating of the service after buying a brand new car has been very poor. I think I'll just go to jiffy lube for my oil changes and forget about Allen Web More
