I would not recommend going here. It has been a cluster of a process the whole way. First it was a hassel to even get $300 LESS than KBB for my trade. We finally did. Then when we asked what the difference was between 2020 and 2019 CX9s we got a basically nothing response which come to find out was not true and the 2020 vehicles have features we had lost in our trade in vehicle. We had to pay an extra $1,000 for an auto start in our vehicle and they also wanted twice as much for other add ons compared to the price on the Mazda site. We were able to work a deal out eventually. We added a few things like tow hitch ect. We also added the ceramic protectant coating. There was a bad scratch on the front bumper when we got the vehicle (it was a brand new vehicle) that they agreed to fix. The sales associate told me that I would recieve a call from someone to look at fixing it. I never recieved a call from either person. We went to the dealership and talked to the sales person who said the guy was sick. Apparently it was too much work to call us to let us know that. I was told I could make an appointment for the protective coating with the service department. Devra told me she dis not have any information on that and could not schedule that. We got the extra things added on and the person that was supposed to fix the scratch and the sales associate were supposed to meet me when I dropped off the car for this appointment. They never showed up. An associate named Megan helped me when I picked up the car. She called the body shop and told them I'd be bringing it I got the estimate done and they sent it to the Mazda dealership and again I had to go to the dealership to get things done. I talked to the sales manager this time. I finally got the scratch fixed a week ago. When I picked up the car they did not give me any paperwork or care instructions. They set up an appointment to get the protective coating done a week later. I called the body shop and asked them if I could do it and they said no I needed to wait at least 30 days because of the new paint. Every time I have had the car in for service they never call me with updates or when the car is ready. I have dealt with Devra several times and it always seems like she is too busy to help me. She argued that she called me about my vehicle not being ready for another day when I asked her why she did not let me know. Basically it seems like nobody is talking to the other areas of the dealership. There is ZERO coordination of services. Nobody seems to know what is going on. I got the car on Feburary 12. We still have not gotten the protective coating we paid for. I do have an appointment scheduled but this is ridiculous. I am most definitely not happy with my experience. More
Alan Webb Mazda service department is amazing. The receptionists and mechanics are friendly and skilled in their departments. When my car needs service and or repairs they explain it all to me and whe receptionists and mechanics are friendly and skilled in their departments. When my car needs service and or repairs they explain it all to me and when the car is done, it's done well I've never had to return for the same problem. I give them a hundred percent rating. More

Purchased a lube for life in 2014 with my new car. Poor customer service on this visit challenging my purchase of this service. I am very impressed with their customer service! So friendly and thorough. From Parts to Service, everyone took care of me - they really went above and beyond to make sure my car repaired in a timely m friendly and thorough. poor experience with the saleswoman she didn’t introduce herself had to ask her name. Bought the car one day they had to get it from another close dealer next day. Never got a call to say the car was ready herself had to ask her name. Bought the car one day they had to get it from another close dealer next day. Overall almost walked away from buying the car. Never had problems with Alan Webb dealership before but I don’t recommend buying from Olivia. Finance guy Charles was great. More
No problems with the service, but a very basic part is missing: you should offer a car wash with service like many other dealers do.
