That was easy. We were shopping for a new Mazda CX-5 (I've never driven a Mazda before) and chose Alan Webb Mazda for a test drive because it was the closest dealer We were shopping for a new Mazda CX-5 (I've never driven a Mazda before) and chose Alan Webb Mazda for a test drive because it was the closest dealer to where we live. I wasn't looking forward to it, because my past experience with new car dealers has been less than positive: I always felt I had to be on my guard. Chris Smith was a pleasure to work with: he was helpful and low key, and not in the least pushy. He offered a good price for our trade-in and a good price on the CX-5. He made our experience positive, and we bought a car from him. Then, he helped us move stuff from our old car, in the pouring rain. My wife and I are very pleased with Chris and with Alan Webb Mazda. More

A quick online check of their inventory showed they had the exact model that I had researched. Olivia confirmed that they still had it and we scheduled a test drive for later that same day. After the test drive, and a quick run home I called her at 10 minutes to 3pm and told her that I wanted to purchase the vehicle under the terms we had agreed to. However, with my wife going to work soon and me having to return home quickly to be there for our young children, the entire purchase had to be complete and I had to be walking out of the dealership with the keys in my hand no later than 4pm. Olivia accepted the challenge and promised me they could do it. True to her word, she, Justin and the the Alan Webb team came together to quickly and efficiently make the deal happen. I walked out right on schedule at 4 with the keys to my gorgeous 2020 Mazda 6. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the continued excellent customer service that Alan Webb Mazda provides. I have mixed opinions about my recent visit with the dealer. The good: Staff was friendly and helpful. They tried to answer my questions as best they could and went under the hood with me to help explai dealer. The good: Staff was friendly and helpful. They tried to answer my questions as best they could and went under the hood with me to help explain. The bad: I received faulty information. I was told 1) that the Q85 battery in my car is not a lead acid battery 2) the regenerative charging capacitor is under the seat (it's by the front wheel well) and 3) that the Q85 battery has a computer in it. Pretty disappointing coming from the experts. Unfortunately I have found this to be pretty common in my neighborhood. Landscapers, contractors, HVAC folks, and even automotive repair specialists are far under-informed to be giving opinions with as great of certainty as they do. So that part of my experience was actually pretty average. The fact that the folks tried hard to answer my questions means so much that I'm willing to give a nod of thanks for my experience today. Previous visits are a whole different story (in a negative way). Edit: Some of the advice that was given to me I found out was also incorrect. I was told that a plastic clip needed to be removed from the negative battery terminal in order to swap out the battery. That's not the case. The plastic assembly is part of the cable itself. Only the cable needs to be removed, the assembly can stay attached. More

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time, brought my car and the lady at the service counter acted like I shouldn’t be there. Asking me if I ordered parts ahead of time and that they might not have them in stock. AFTER I had just told her I talked with a lady earlier that morning and she confirmed that they could do this service today with no issues and made the appointment for me. After that was resolved by the original lady I scheduled with, I was told my car would be done no later than 3:30 and that she would call me as soon as it was done. 4pm rolls around and I walk over there from work and my car is just sitting outside, never got a call - nothing. She sees me and goes “oh I meant to call you” just overall not a great experience. Only reason I’m giving more than 2 stars, is because the lady that scheduled my appointment, was amazing. Super prompt about getting answers for me and super friendly. More
