A well-oiled service team I made an online appointment for a recall update on a car purchased in Hillsboro. The Alan Webb team fit me in even though my appointment did not reg I made an online appointment for a recall update on a car purchased in Hillsboro. The Alan Webb team fit me in even though my appointment did not register on their list, and they got the service done in a quick and very timely way. Other patrons came and went the entire time, proving the team was processing multiple cars as customers filed through. The woman managing communication between the team and people is GREAT. The coffee and snacks are too. Next time I'll do my Mazda shopping closer to home! More

Customer Service is top notch Maya Angelou said, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made the Maya Angelou said, “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” I won't forget that Secora made me feel like a valued customer and that she cared about my comfort and convenience. And when Secora was out to lunch, Megan jumped in to ask if I needed anything. That, alone, would be enough to earn a top rating, but I also very much appreciated not being given sales pitch after sales pitch like I experienced at Olympia Mazda. The extra mileage to go to Vancouver is worth it because of the way I am treated at Alan Webb. My wait time was a little less than Secora predicted. The computer problem was resolved. The waiting area was comfortable and, since I drove 64 miles to get there, a loaner car was available to me had I needed it. More
